In 1993, a 550-unit restaurant company decided to outsource its field service organization. Jack and a group of investors were awarded the contract. The newly-formed company, Spartan Computer Services (SCS) eventually became the nation's premier provider of POS services. As president of 3b2, Jack brings decades of experience in leading service organizations.

Jack holds a B.S. in Economics from Ferris State University and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

Debbie Cetin, Director, Customer Services, joined 3b2 in 2015. Prior to the move, Debbie worked in a similar capacity with Spartan Computer Services, working with companies such as Jack in the Box, El Pollo Loco, and P.F. Chang's. 

 

Outside of work Debbie enjoys cycling, history, and travel. She routinely raises funds for non-charity organizations.  A New Yorker by birth, now a Californian at heart, Debbie graduated with a B.A. in Social Science from Hofstra University.

Bill Fitzpatrick, VP of Sales with 3b2 Solutions, began his sales career with AT&T, eventually gaining national recognition for the sale of UNIX in-store processors to a large Hardee's franchisee. In 1998, Bill joined SCS and helped grow that company into national prominence.

Outside of work, Bill has authored several books that reflect his interests in travel, photography and history. Bill earned a B.S. in Management and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Steven Lovely, Director of Information Technology with 3b2 Solutions, began his business career as a Point-of-Sale technician in Cincinnati. In that role he excelled, soon becoming an Area Service Manager. It became clear to management that Steven, with his knowledge of technology and operations, and with an interest in developing his IT skills, was the ideal candidate for the Staging Manager position. Not surprisingly, Steven excelled at that position as well.

​

​In 2019, Steven assumed responsibility for 3b2's installation of Salesforce CRM. His knowledge, both in the business of field service and in software design, helped the organization develop a best in industry software application. He was promoted to his current position in 2021.
